Our accessibility ensures smooth running and expedition of project progress, maintenance of product quality and overall cost efficiency.

 

3D SCANNING

Our 3D scanning technology scans and gathers object data for research and design development of the Carbon Fibre product and mould.

 

3D DRAWING AND MODELS

Our 3D drawing technology enables transformation from concept to CAD drawing that is, an actual design.

 

3D PRINTING

Our 3D printing technology enables us to create model prototypes without the need to invest significant costs into making pre manufacture mould(s).

CNC MACHINING

Our CNC facilities enables us to, inter alia, make onsite :

  • Moulds.
  • Tooling.
  • Compatible metal parts for use with Carbon Fibre product.
  • Carbon Fibre trimming.

    • CLEAN ROOM

  • Our Clean Room means our lay up process is conducted in essential contamination free environment, this process is one crucial element contributing towards end product quality.

    • COMPRESSION MOULDING SERVICE

  • We have 4 Compression Moulding production lines for the production of Pre Preg Carbon Fibre products.

    • AUTOCLAVE

  • Our Autoclave Production Line is used for large scale Pre Preg Carbon Fibre products such as front bumpers of race cars, etc.
